The predicted salary is between 25000 - 35000 £ per year.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Claimant Personal Injury Paralegal to deal with and run an RTA case load of OIC disputed claims.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of RTA claims, OIC claims where liability is disputed or partially disputed
- Pursuing claims through pre and post-litigation stages, making full use of our case management system
- Complying with agreed service standards
- Communicating with clients, insurers, expert witnesses, Counsel and solicitors
- Dealing with administration as required
Skills/Competencies Required:
- Previous claimant personal injury case handling experience, including liability disputed cases involving split settlements
- Previous experience of dealing with MIB claims
- Ability to use own initiative and work to strict deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail
