Purpose:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Claimant Personal Injury Paralegal to deal with and run an RTA case load of OIC disputed claims.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of RTA claims, OIC claims where liability is disputed or partially disputed
- Pursuing claims through pre and post-litigation stages, making full use of our case management system;
- Complying with agreed service standards;
- Communicating with clients, insurers, expert witnesses, Counsel and solicitors;
- Dealing with administration as required.
Skills/Competencies Required:
- Previous claimant personal injury case handling experience, including liability disputed cases involving split settlements;
- Previous experience of dealing with MIB claims;
- Ability to use own initiative and work to strict deadlines;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Good attention to detail;
