Purpose: We are looking for an experienced Solicitor or FCILEx (authorised litigator) (minimum 8 years PQE or equivalent) to join our well-established Family Department. The successful candidate will be experienced in divorce and financial matters including pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements. You will be personable, motivated and able to work as an individual and as part of a dedicated team. There are excellent career prospects for the right candidate.

Hybrid Working: This role would be based in our Bristol office, with a combination of home and office working.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Running own caseload of divorce and finance cases
  • Doing own advocacy where appropriate
  • Assisting with the Company’s work creation projects
  • Assisting with the Company’s online documents
  • Appropriate networking/marketing/business development
  • Assisting with the training/development of junior Case Handlers
  • Any additional duties as required

  • Some experience of international divorce and finance cases

Experience Required:

  • Experience of running own caseload within a family law environment, dealing with divorce and finance cases
  • Advocacy experience
  • Supervision experience

  • Resolution Accredited specialist

Education: Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (authorised litigator) or equivalent.
