We are now looking for a driven and detail-focused Legal Assistant to join our Exchange and Completions team within Residential Conveyancing. We work a 35 hour week, Monday - Friday.
The role involves playing a key part in helping clients complete the sale or purchase of their property. This includes:
- Assisting the Legal Team with case management and client queries
- Preparing and checking documents such as Certificates of Title
- Chasing searches, mortgage offers and redemptions
- Keeping clients updated on progress and explaining each step clearly
- Maintaining accurate records and key dates in our system
What we are looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A proactive, adaptable attitude and a willingness to learn
Experience in conveyancing or property is ideal, but not essential if you have the right mindset and motivation.

After six months, you will have the opportunity to study for your CLC Licensed Conveyancing qualification, fully funded by the firm. You can then progress to Trainee Conveyancer and become a Licensed Conveyancer.
