Lyons & Annoot are looking to expand our established design team with the addition of a Design & BIM Technician. This is a hands‑on role focused on the design and BIM coordination of masonry, in particular blockwork, packages across a range of projects. Working closely with our experienced team, the successful candidate will play an important part in delivering high‑quality technical design solutions from concept through to construction.

The Role

  • Producing and coordinating BIM models and technical drawings
  • Design and detailing of blockwork packages
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and contractors
  • Utilising industry‑standard computer software and BIM systems such as Revit and CAD
  • Supporting project delivery through accurate and efficient technical coordination

About You

We are looking for someone with a background in:

  • Engineering
  • Construction design
  • BIM / CAD coordination
  • Masonry sectors (advantageous but not essential)

The ideal candidate will be technically minded, organised, and keen to develop within a highly experienced and supportive team environment.
