Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Preparation and distribution of the templates for metrics collection
- Development and maintenance of dashboards to meet the manufacturing needs for the regional directors
- Train the sites on how to report data and keep the guidelines updated
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of data throughout the sites
- Preparation of any other presentations for stakeholders as necessary
- Ensure continuous improvement of the reporting system process consistently with the latest available IT tools, in order to increase automation in reporting and data accuracy
- Create benchmarking metrics which show non-ideal performances and the consequent possibility of improvement; assess causes of non-ideal performances and lead initiatives/programs for improvement
- Facilitate data collection for any benchmark study
- Liaise with sites, checking consistency and accuracy of data
- Prepare reports as necessary to support activities
- Share best practices between the sites and across regions
Capex
- Maintain LRP tool for the APS sites to enter the 5-year CapEx planning
- Troubleshoot LRP entries
- Provide leadership and training to site project owners in the entry and updating of projects into the LRP tool
- Track LRP entries through the approval process based on the treasury class approval and report discrepancies as needed
- Compile LRP budget data by region, business group and treasury class
- Update LRP budget as directed by regional manufacturing directors
- Assist sites with entering AFF, AFD and AFE documentation in SAP
- Troubleshoot SAP routing and workflow issues for the sites as needed
- Track CapEx spending as compared to forecast on a monthly basis
- Generate the monthly CapEx report distributed to the regional manufacturing directors and other APS leadership
- Develop a dashboard to replace the monthly CapEx report and maintain the data
- Assist sites with poor forecast accuracy to improve their forecast data
- Effectively communicate with site management, as well as senior APS management, on capital project progress
- Consult, assist, and/or lead as necessary on CapEx spend inaccuracies, investigations, and follow-up actions
Education
- Engineering degree
Work Experience
- 3 to 5 years Manufacturing experience, preferably in a PPC or other specialties sites
Skills
- Written communications skills, creating presentations

- Numeracy, ability to manage complex data
- IT literacy
Languages
- Fluency in English verbal and written is necessary. Any other language is an advantage
