You support the development and management of a company-wide Quality Management System focused on standardization and assurance, including auditing activities to ensure compliance with requirements.
Defines, governs and maintains a limited set of Global Critical Standards.
Uses strong background in manufacturing, lab, supply chain and quality to evaluate conformance and adequacy of standards, aligning with customer expectations.
Provides recommendations to regional senior management regarding conformance and data-based recommendations for continuous improvement.
You need to provide leadership in the areas of Quality Management, to the Regional Business groups and Manufacturing Quality Teams.
The key aspects of this role are Customer Satisfaction and Quality Complaint Prevention.
The role monitors, manages and advises on how the quality system and internal stakeholders are performing, utilizing statistics of actual performance against set targeted measures.
- A Day in the Life
- Provide leadership in the area of Quality Management to the Regional Business Groups and Manufacturing Quality Teams including QMS Audits and Certifications
- Process Owner Quality Management System (QMS), Quality Critical Stanbdards and QMS Audits
- Responsible for the Quality Policy, Quality Manuals, Risks and Opportunities, and Scope of the Quality Management System
- Analyze metrics and trends to have a deep understanding of opportunities
- Promote Goal ZERO for Quality Culture, continual growth and development with emphasis on prevention, standard work, and risk-based thinking.
- Report to Management on the performance of the QMS and need for improvements or resources, while accounting for risks
- Work with process owners to develop, communicate, and maintain RACI analyses of QMS Processes incl.
MOC, clearly distinguishing global standard ownership from regional and site execution responsibilities.

- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or other technical field
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Quality related roles
- Experience in ISO9001, ISO14001IATF Certification
- Possesses good interpersonal and communications skills to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
- Knowledge and sound understanding of Quality Management Systems, Six Sigma, Statistical Analysis, Quality Tools (FMEA, PPAP, APQP, etc.) and Corrective Action Tools
- Project management and organizational skills
- Ability to summarize information and communicate effectively
- Good Computer Skills such as Excel, Power BI, Word, Power Point, One Note, SPC, Capability Studies, Regression Analysis, Graphical Analysis, Gage R&R, Measurement System Analysis, etc.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Quality Engineer or Six Sigma Black Belt
- Certified auditor ISO 9001, IATF 16949
