We are looking for Teaching Assistants who will support children and work closely with teachers across the school to ensure that all children can fully access the curriculum. You will need to be able to:

  • Have experience of working (EYFS – Year 6).
  • Demonstrate flexibility, being able to work on your own initiative as well as follow guidance from teachers.
  • Demonstrate good behaviour management strategies.
  • Have a good standard of spoken and written English.
  • Be able to support children with specific needs.
  • Know when to adapt teaching to make it simpler or harder.
  • Provide feedback to children and staff.
  • Engage in CPD to enhance your own skill set and develop strategies to support a wide level of need.
  • Work in partnership with parents / carers and external professional agencies as and when needed.
