About the role
‘Learning and Growing Together’ is our motto and we need a like‑minded leader who has a passion for driving educational standards. We are looking for a Middle Leader, who will lead on an area of the School Improvement Plan.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development, monitoring and evaluation of the School Improvement Plan.
- Monitor teaching standards with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher & Assistant Headteacher.
- Monitor and evaluate standards of learning in the school with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher & Assistant Headteacher.
- Attend Middle Leader / SLT meetings as required.
- Contribute to the creation of a climate that enables all staff to develop and maintain positive attitudes towards their teaching.
- Work collaboratively with SLT staff on identified school priorities.
