We are looking for a highly creative and motivated Midweight Designer to join our studio. You’ll work independently on projects, as well as collaborate with the team to produce high-quality design work. This role is perfect for someone with solid agency experience, eager to step up, take ownership, and contribute original thinking to our creative process., 3-6 years of experience in a branding/design agency.
A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skill, and conceptual thinking.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
Strong understanding of branding and identity design, including logo design, typography, and brand guidelines.
Experience with packaging design is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills-able to articulate design decisions clearly.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
An interest in exploring AI tools to enhance creativity.
Any motion design experience would be a huge bonus, though not essential.
Open to attending team meetups every two months.
