Lynx Recruitment are partnered with a growing IT consultancy that works with leading financial services organisations, and they’re looking for a Data Engineer to join their expanding data team. This is a great opportunity to work on modern data platforms, building scalable pipelines and delivering high‑quality datasets that power analytics, AI, and business decision-making across FS clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build & optimise ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Design scalable cloud data platforms (warehouses/lakes)
  • Ensure data quality, governance & compliance
  • Work closely with technical teams and client stakeholders

What you’ll need:

  • Strong SQL & Python
  • ETL/ELT experience (ADF, Matillion, Talend, Fivetran etc.)
  • Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • DBT experience
  • Solid data modelling & governance knowledge
  • IT/Tech degree (minimum 2:1)
