The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 Β£ per year.

The Production Assistant supports the day-to-day running of a manufacturing shopfloor, helping ensure production activities meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (QSDC) targets. The role focuses on coordinating people, resources, training, maintenance, and administrative tasks to allow production teams and managers to focus on technical operations.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in manufacturing, production coordination, or team leader role within CNC/manufacturing
  • Good organisational and planning skills
  • Understanding of machining environments desirable
  • Experience using ERP systems
  • Understanding of QSDC / lean principles desirable
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
