Infrastructure Engineer – £60,000 (DEO) – Watford

Role:
My client is in the midst of a significant infrastructure improvement programme and is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineerto join their team. You will be part of a dedicated five-person team focused on supporting and enhancing the IT environment.
The primary focus of this role is to support and enhance the pre-production and production web infrastructure. You will work closely with the IT Operations Manager, who shares this focus while also managing the team. Together, you will provide mentorship to junior team members, fostering growth and collaboration within the team.
The role requires travel to office twice a week in Watford.
It would be great if you had experience in;
- AWS (EC2 and RDS)
- Linux (Ubuntu and Debian are preferred)
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Experience with monitoring tools
- Terraform
Experience with the following would be a bonus;
- VMware
- Ansible
- Apache
- NGINX
