We are currently recruiting for Senior Machinery Safety Trainers for a UK-based machine safety consultancy and training provider.
Remote Working - UK Based with travel (UK and Overseas)
Salary £38,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Training Delivery: Lead engaging, interactive training (theoretical & practical) on machine safety, safe isolation, risk assessment, and related standards for diverse audiences.
- Content Development: Create, update, and revise training materials, courses, and e-learning modules to reflect new legislation and standards.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain expert knowledge of relevant legislation (Machinery Directive, LVD, ATEX) and standards (EN ISO 12100, 13849, etc.).
- Auditing & Compliance: Conduct machinery safety inspections (e.g., PUWER), risk assessments, and safety validations, generating reports.
- Coaching & Feedback: Provide coaching, identify training needs, and offer expert advice to manufacturing teams.
- Liaison: Work with change teams, health & safety departments, and management.
