The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to translate operational needs into secure, reliable, and well-documented technical solutions. Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain workflows, automations, and system integrations across core business systems.

- Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into technical specifications with clear acceptance criteria.
- Maintain technical documentation and support stakeholders through training, prototyping, and change adoption.
