Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced UI Designer to join a major project with a leading consultancy, working on behalf of a high-profile government client.
Details:
- Location: Fully Remote (UK-based)
- Day Rate: £478.50 (Inside IR35)
- Clearance: Active SC Clearance required
- Contract Type: Inside IR35
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and user-focused interfaces that meet GOV.UK GDS standards. You’ll collaborate closely with developers building the front end in React, as part of a larger Pega implementation.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a UI Designer within government or GDS-aligned projects
- Strong understanding of GOV.UK Design System principles
- Experience designing for React-based front ends
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (developers, UX specialists, stakeholders)
- Current SC Clearance
