Lynx are looking for an experienced Finance Systems Product Manager to take ownership of a core practice management and finance platform within a complex, multi-office professional-services organisation. This is a strategic, hands-on role combining product ownership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery leadership. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, ensuring strong system adoption, and maximising long-term value from the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and enhancement pipeline for the finance system
- Maintain and prioritise a structured backlog of enhancements, fixes, integrations, and configuration changes
- Lead the delivery of system improvements from requirements through to release
- Work closely with finance, technology, and operational teams to align systems with business processes
- Act as the primary point of contact for system functionality, improvements, and future direction
- Coordinate internal delivery resources and external partners to deliver enhancements effectively
- Manage upgrades, patches, and module or feature implementations
- Establish and maintain strong system governance, documentation, and data quality standards
- Oversee issue triage and ensure effective resolution with support teams and vendors
- Communicate roadmap priorities, progress, and releases to stakeholders at all levels
