Provide structural and design analysis support to a multi-disciplinary engineering team, ensuring solutions are safe, fit for purpose, and delivered to quality, schedule, and budget requirements. The role reports to the Engineering Lead.

Main Responsibilities
- Work with design engineers to validate and improve designs using hand calculations and, where required, finite element analysis.
- Produce and review design analysis documentation.
- Act as a focal point for analysis tasks completed internally or by subcontractors.
- Influence early-stage design to ensure structural integrity, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide task estimates, schedules, and progress updates to project leads.
- Mentor engineers carrying out analysis work.
- Support development of standardised analysis methods, procedures, and internal training.
- Contribute to effective change management in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Travel within the UK and overseas as required.
- Comply with all safety, data protection, ethical, and organisational policies.
- Promote a safe working environment and support diversity and inclusion.
