Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance on instrumentation and electrical systems.
- Perform routine servicing of process control equipment (e.g., transmitters, controllers, analysers).
- Record all maintenance activities accurately.
- Assist with vendor-led servicing and installations.
- Support plant maintenance, repairs, isolations, and commissioning work.
- Ensure compliance with safety systems and permit-to-work procedures.
- Liaise with and supervise contractors and external engineers.
- Respond to breakdowns and occasional out-of-hours callouts.
- Maintain clean, safe, and orderly working environments.
- Support other technicians and operational staff as needed.
- Develop technical knowledge through training and supplier engagement.
Qualifications Experience
- 4–5 years’ relevant maintenance experience.
- Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in instrumentation (with electrical knowledge).
- Understanding of oil and gas industry operations.
- Able to work independently and take responsibility for tasks.
Working Hours
Monday – Friday 7.30am-4.30pm
