My client is a defence and security manufacturer that designs, makes and integrates precision electro-optical and support equipment such as surveillance, target acquisition systems and rugged mounts for military and aerospace customers worldwide. They are looking to grow the team with a Graduate Electronics Design Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Specification capture or working to existing specifications.
- Appropriate technology selection and evaluation.
- Capture of the schematic design, circuit simulation and the review process.
- PCB layout and peer review.
- Writing of technical notes, reports, test specifications and explanations.
- Taking the design through design verification testing and formal qualification.
- Production support including fault finding and documenting procedures.
Requirements:
- 2:1 or better in a relevant degree such as Electronic Engineering.
- Experience designing circuits, schematic design & capture.
- Ideally candidates will be British with no dual citizenship.
Details:
- Hybrid role based in Kent.
- Salary £30,000.
- Company profit share.
- 9 day fortnight (every second Friday off).
