About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant Business Architect to join our growing consultancy team. Our client is on a mission to reimagine financial services, helping major institutions transform how they operate and serve their customers. This role is ideal for someone with strong Target Operating Model (TOM) design expertise and a deep understanding of the business architecture lifecycle within both Financial Services and Consulting environments. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape, define, and deliver complex operating model transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Target Operating Models across financial services clients.
- Apply expertise across the full business architecture lifecycle, from capability assessment to strategic design and implementation oversight.
- Facilitate workshops, analyse business processes, and develop actionable design recommendations.
- Produce high-quality documentation including operating model designs, capability maps, and future-state architectures.
- Support business development through thought leadership and client engagement.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in TOM design and business architecture within Financial Services and Consulting.
- Strong understanding of the business architecture lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
