About the Role
We are looking for a highly capable Manager-level Business Architect to lead and deliver strategic transformation initiatives within Financial Services clients. Our client is committed to reimagining the future of financial services, driving impactful change across the industry. This role is suited to someone who has progressed beyond Senior Consultant level, bringing strong hands-on expertise alongside proven leadership experience. You will lead teams, shape strategic engagements, and remain closely involved in delivery-facilitating workshops, defining operating models, reviewing deliverables, and owning project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Business Architecture engagements across Financial Services clients.
- Oversee and mentor consulting teams while maintaining a hands-on delivery approach.
- Facilitate workshops, lead strategic conversations, and drive complex design activities.
- Own project deliverables, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Support business development, capability building, and thought leadership.
- Shape and define high-impact Target Operating Models aligned to client strategies.
Skills & Experience Required
- Significant Business Architecture experience within Consulting and Financial Services.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-management experience.
- Strong TOM design capabilities and experience delivering strategic projects end-to-end.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and take full ownership of outcomes.
