The Role: We are looking for a Business Architect to join a specialist consulting firm focused on architecture-led transformation across complex, enterprise environments. Working across sectors such as financial services and other regulated industries, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering end-to-end business transformation initiatives. This is a client-facing role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to align business strategy, processes, and technology, ensuring tangible and sustainable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver business architecture frameworks aligned to client strategy
- Engage senior stakeholders to understand challenges and shape transformation roadmaps
- Analyse and optimise business processes, capabilities, and operating models
- Support governance, assurance, and best practice across architecture initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value
- Contribute to change delivery, including benefits realisation and risk management
About You
- Proven experience in Business Architecture within consulting or complex enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of business transformation, operating models, and capability design
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and translating strategy into execution
- Experience with recognised frameworks or certifications (eg TOGAF, BCS, CBA)
- Degree educated (2:1 or above)
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
