You’ll be leading audits across a varied client base, including pension schemes, not-for-profits, solicitors, and FCA-regulated entities. The role is perfect for a qualified or part-qualified audit professional looking for flexibility, variety, and genuine long-term growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Leading audits from planning through to completion
- Managing and mentoring junior team members
- Working closely with Audit Managers and Partners to deliver high-quality service
- Preparing management letters and supporting final audit sign-offs
- Ensuring deadlines and compliance standards are consistently met
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- ACA or ACCA qualification (or part-qualified with strong experience)
- Minimum of 2 years' audit experience in UK practice
- Solid technical knowledge of audit processes and accounting standards (IFRS/FRS 102)
- Great communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Confidence working both independently and within a team
