Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain QMS to AS9100 and customer requirements
- Manage audits, NCRs, and compliance activities
- Handle supplier/customer non-conformance and returns
- Create and review FAI, PPAP, 8D reports, and permits
- Drive quality improvements and corrective/preventive actions
- Support production problem-solving and trend analysis
- Ensure on-time delivery through QA priorities
- Liaise with customers on quality issues
- Analyse KPIs and report to Quality Director
- Support audits, safety compliance, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate across teams and travel as needed
Skills & Experience:
- AS9100 knowledge (3+ years)
- Manufacturing experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Lead auditor qualification (preferred)
