Senior CAD / BIM Technician – Structural Engineering
Location: Hemel Hempstead | Full-time, Permanent
Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior CAD / BIM Technician to join the Structural Engineering team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically capable professional with strong AutoCAD and Revit experience to play a key role in delivering high-quality structural engineering projects. You’ll work closely with Engineers, Architects, Contractors and the wider design team, taking projects from initial design through to detailed construction information.
The role will include:
- Producing high-quality technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit
- Supporting the delivery and coordination of structural engineering projects
- Liaising with clients, contractors and external design teams
- Helping to develop and maintain CAD/BIM standards and procedures
- Providing guidance, coaching and mentoring to junior technicians
- Contributing to continuous improvement and the introduction of new technologies
