Senior Project Manager in Bradford-On-Avon

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in medical devices? If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company tackling continuous improvement and new product development.

Key Responsibilities

-Define project scope, goals, and deliverables

-Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability

-Assign tasks, manage workloads, and provide guidance to team members

-Act as the primary point of contact for clients, executives, and key stakeholders

-Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder needs are met

-Address project challenges and roadblocks proactively

-Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

-Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

What Youll Need

-6 years of project management experience

-Experience working within the Medical Device sector

-Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (ISO13485)

-Technical background in engineering or manufacturing

-Proven ability to collaborate with manufacturing and R&D teams

-Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
