Lynx are currently working with a large IT consultancy to help them source a Salesforce Consultant. Our client is a large global Consultancy who work with enterprise clients, solving their business and technology problems using cutting edge solutions.
Responsibilities:
- You will support clients with their existing Salesforce implementations.
- Salesforce configuration and developing best practices.
- Gathering requirements and building technical solutions.
- You will own and manage our clients' support and change requests through to resolution.
Key skills and experience:
- A degree in IT or a business-related subject.
- At least 2 years' work experience in Salesforce, ideally in a client-facing capacity.
- You can demonstrate excellent presentation, problem-solving, negotiating and persuasion skills.
- Empathising with customers and providing solutions that meet their needs are among your core strengths.
- You possess knowledge of the Salesforce product suite and are eager to progress as a Salesforce Developer or Architect.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
