We're looking for a Bid Consultant to join a growing team supporting the delivery of high-quality public sector bids across a range of technology and consulting services. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on bids ranging from £100k to £20m, playing a key role throughout the entire bid lifecycle. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting stuck in - not just writing compelling responses, but coordinating submissions, gathering supporting information, managing stakeholders, and ensuring every bid is delivered to the highest standard.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating and managing public sector bid submissions from qualification through to final delivery
- Writing and reviewing high-quality proposal responses tailored to customer requirements
- Gathering case studies, supporting evidence, and content from stakeholders across the business
- Managing procurement portals, bid documentation, and knowledge libraries
- Working with technical and non-technical teams to produce winning submissions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience supporting public sector bids (essential)
- Experience with both bid writing and bid coordination, including managing supporting content and stakeholders
- Exposure to bids valued between £100k and £20m
- Experience within a technology, consulting, or professional services environment
- Previous third-party bid consultancy experience would be highly advantageous
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills
- An IT or Business-related degree (2:1 or above)
