Role Overview

As the Trade Sales & Fitting Rep – UK, you will drive Lynx Golf growth through the management and expansion of trade accounts across the UK. Your day-to-day role will be building relationships to generate profitable sales across all UK trade accounts. You will ensure commercial targets are achieved in line with Lynx Golf brand values and premium positioning. You will also have responsibilities for custom fitting of Lynx products through the planning & hosting of Lynx account fitting days supporting trade accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build sustainable partnerships with all UK trade accounts across on-course & off-course channels to best serve the consumer and the Lynx Golf brand.
  • Successfully sell and promote Lynx Golf products and services to maximise commercial sales across the UK, driving sell-in, sell through, and all repeat sales to meet & exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver Lynx Golf custom fitting days/sessions to maximise account sales and foster relationships/loyalty across our trade accounts and consumers.
  • Represent Lynx Golf at required trade shows, events, and partner activities to build brand visibility.

What we are looking for

  • Strong knowledge of the golf industry and a capable/passionate golfer.
  • Experience in a similar B2B selling role with account management focus, preferably within the sports industry.
  • High standards of business acumen and customer value orientation.
  • Strong negotiation and solution‐selling approach with an ability to manage & overcome objections.
  • Knowledge of custom fitting methodology with the drive to learn product knowledge & technical specifications to deliver excellent Lynx fitting sessions.
  • Highly self‐motivated with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Good understanding of IT systems, MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Good spreadsheet analysis experience.
  • Living in South and South East preferably London, Surrey, Essex.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK.
  • Valid driving license.
  • The applicant needs to be aged 25 or over.

Package

Competitive basic salary with performance-related commission. Company car and benefits package commensurate with experience.
