As the Sales and Product Development Manager, you will drive Lynx Golf’s growth through the management and expansion of trade accounts across the UK. You will be responsible for leading the trade sales strategy, strengthening relationships with key partners (green grass accounts, off-course retailers, and distributors), and ensuring commercial targets are achieved in line with Lynx’s brand values and premium positioning. You will also have responsibilities with custom fitting and the development of products across the Lynx range.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive UK trade sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Drive business development with golf retailers, pro shops, buying groups, and independent accounts.
- Manage account relationships, negotiating terms, promotions, and distribution plans.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and trade opportunities to inform sales strategy.
- Assist with product development, custom fitting, and overall product strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure a consistent brand experience.
