For Companies Lynx Golf is looking for a full-time in-house Graphic Designer to oversee the creation of high-quality design assets across product, packaging, print, and digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand identity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Product & Packaging Design: Design products and packaging in line with brand standards. Collaborate with factories to finalize and approve designs.
- Creative Oversight: Ensure all creative outputs, including social media assets and paid advertising materials, align with brand guidelines.
- Print Design: Design print materials such as trade presenters, catalogues, posters, and point-of-sale materials.
- Digital Design: Create digital assets including email banners, website graphics, product logos, and presentations. Personalize product logos for customer orders and convert logos into print-ready files.
- Website Management: Upload and manage website content, including product launches, collections, and promotions. Design promotional banners and product images. Assist in resolving website issues to ensure functionality.
- Product Photography (Preferred, but not essential): Photograph and edit product images for digital and print use.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom.
- Experience in product and packaging design.
- Strong understanding of branding and design consistency.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Basic Shopify knowledge (preferred but training can be provided).
- A background in golf or sports design is beneficial but not required.
