Contract: 20 July 2026 - 30 October 2026
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday or 4-day week available)
Working Hours: 7:30am - 5:15pm
Lynx Employment Services are recruiting for an experienced Street Scene Manager to join a busy local authority team in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager with a background in street cleansing, grounds maintenance and environmental services to lead operational teams and ensure high-quality frontline services are delivered across the borough.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Street Scene operations, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, safely and in line with agreed service standards and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily delivery of street cleansing and grounds maintenance services.
- Lead and motivate operational teams, setting performance expectations and monitoring productivity.
- Plan, coordinate and deploy staff, vehicles and equipment to meet operational priorities.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
