We are recruiting for an experienced supervisor to start ASAP in Rugby Monday to Friday 8am-6pm.
Responsibilities will include:
- Oversee day-to-day delivery of recycling, refuse, and street cleansing services and contracts, ensuring services run on time and within budget.
- Organise and conduct scheduled monitoring of staff to ensure compliance.
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints promptly, following council procedures.
- Liaise effectively with councillors, officers, and other council departments to maintain service quality.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with the public, maintaining a positive council image.
- Monitor operational costs and purchasing.
- Ensure vehicles and equipment are used and maintained correctly.
- Provide accurate data reports.
- Monitor work quality, team performance and oversee the use of agency staff.
