We are recruiting an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing law firm in Chesterfield. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer who is ready to take responsibility for a small team while continuing to manage their own varied residential property caseload. You will work closely with the Head of Residential Property and play an important part in developing the team as the department continues to grow.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, support and mentor a small Residential Property team
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members
- Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Support the continued development and growth of the department
- Maintain high standards of client care, compliance and file management
- Work independently while contributing to the wider property team
