The role focuses on reducing repeat homelessness , helping people with complex needs build the skills, confidence and support networks needed to secure accommodation and maintain independent living. Key responsibilities Carry out outreach across Walsall to identify and engage with rough sleepers. Complete holistic risk and needs assessments and develop appropriate support and risk management plans. Support individuals to secure and maintain settled accommodation. Provide regular one-to-one support and respond appropriately to crisis situations. Safeguard the welfare of vulnerable service users. Help individuals access benefits and maximise their income.
