We are looking for a proactive Project Officer to support a range of Housing Services improvement projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational and project management skills who enjoys delivering change and working with a variety of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support housing improvement projects, including reviews of Independent Living Services, Lifeline services, rents and service charges, and tenancy agreements.
- Prepare project plans, business cases, risk registers and reports.
- Research service delivery options and produce recommendations.
- Organise tenant consultation events and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and update policies, procedures and working practices.
- Deliver training and support to staff on new processes.
- Maintain project documentation and databases.
- Experience delivering or supporting projects.
- Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and managing multiple priorities.
- Housing or public sector experience is desirable.
