We are recruiting a skilled LGV Driver to support the safe and efficient collection of waste and recyclables across residential and commercial areas. You will operate a refuse collection vehicle, lead a small crew, and ensure high standards of customer service and safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate a waste collection vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Lead, supervise and allocate duties to waste collection crew members.
- Carry out daily vehicle walk-around checks and complete defect reports.
- Update service information using the Bartec in-cab system.
- Report contamination, missed collections, and service issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Health and Safety regulations.
