We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join a busy maintenance team carrying out work across occupied and void social housing properties.
Duties include:
- Electrical remedial works
- Testing and inspection
- Rewiring of void properties
- Working across domestic housing stock
- Participation in a 1-in-4 out-of-hours call-out rota
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 4:30pm (30-minute break)
- Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm (30-minute break)
Essential Requirements:
- City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent)
- City & Guilds 2382 - 18th Edition
- City & Guilds 2391 Test & Inspection (or equivalent)
- Proven testing and inspection experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Having your own vehicle is beneficial, with mileage paid at 45p per mile, although a company vehicle may be available.
- Your own standard power tools would also be advantageous.
- Applicants must be willing to undertake CAT B Asbestos Awareness training if not already certified.
