The Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Interim Financial Transformation Lead to deliver a high-impact programme of financial recovery and transformation within Adult Social Care Commissioning. This is a strategic leadership role focused on recovering significant outstanding income linked to commissioned services delivered on behalf of health partners, while implementing sustainable improvements to financial management, governance and commissioning processes. We're looking for a transformation specialist with strong commissioning experience who can lead system-wide change, influence senior stakeholders and deliver lasting improvements. Technical finance support will be available, but you will be expected to independently shape the approach and drive delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of financial recovery strategies and commissioning financial management processes.
- Design and implement sustainable systems, controls and operational processes.
- Drive debt recovery activity in partnership with Integrated Care Boards and health partners.
