Lynx Employment Services are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Independent Living Team Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy Independent Living service. This is a hands-on supervisory role where you'll oversee a team of nine Independent Living Coordinators, ensuring high standards of service delivery while supporting residents to live safely and independently. This is an operational management position focused on supporting staff, maintaining performance, and ensuring the smooth running of the service.
The Role
You'll provide day-to-day leadership and support to the team, managing workloads, rotas, annual leave and sickness while offering guidance on complex cases and acting as the main point of escalation. You'll help maintain consistency across the service, ensuring residents receive a high-quality, person-centred service. Please note this role does not include managing your own Housing Officer caseload or leading service improvement projects.
