Lynx Employment Services are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Executive Support Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leaders. This is an excellent opportunity to work at the heart of the organisation, supporting Executive Directors while gaining valuable insight into a wide range of Council services and strategic projects.
The RoleWorking within the Executive Support Team, you will provide a professional, proactive and confidential executive support service to senior leaders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary and calendar management.
- Managing busy email inboxes and prioritising urgent requests.
- Organising meetings, preparing agendas and coordinating papers.
- Taking accurate minutes and recording actions using Microsoft Copilot.
- Supporting project work and corporate initiatives.
- Liaising with internal departments, Councillors and external partners.
- Handling confidential and politically sensitive information with discretion.
- Providing high-quality administrative and organisational support across the Executive Support Hubs.
