This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded surveyor with experience in local government and commercial property to work on a varied and interesting portfolio.
The role supports estate management, lettings, valuations, acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant matters.
The Role
- Manage a mixed commercial and operational property portfolio.
- Undertake property valuations and provide professional property advice.
- Manage lettings, leases, licences and tenancy matters.
- Support property acquisitions and disposals.
- Liaise with internal departments, legal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist with estate management and asset management projects.
- Carry out occasional local site visits.
