The role will involve coordinating and overseeing design activities across multiple schemes, ensuring design outputs are delivered on time, to the required quality and in accordance with relevant technical standards. ### Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain and monitor design programmes across multiple projects Coordinate design activities with planning, procurement and construction teams Lead design reviews and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams Ensure designs meet relevant technical, assurance and CDM requirements Manage assurance submissions, hold-point reviews and gateway approvals Maintain design change registers and manage early warnings and compensation events Assess the impact of design changes on cost, programme and project risk Manage RFIs, technical queries and design communications Liaise with clients, designers, OEMs, subcontractors and delivery teams Identify and manage temporary and permanent works design risks Support tender development and pre-construction activitie...
