We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join a Housing Property Services team on a temporary basis. The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the preparation of contract documentation, procurement activities, and the financial measurement and valuation of works. You will prepare interim payments, final accounts, and project-related financial reports while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare contract documentation including Tenders, Bills of Quantities, Work Schedules, Specifications, and Schedules of Rates.
  • Procure goods, services, and works contracts, including tender evaluation and reporting outcomes.
  • Carry out site measurements and valuations of works.
