Contract: 3 Months Initially

Hours: Full Time (Part Time considered 3 days per week)

Working Pattern: Office Based

Pay Rate: £14.15 per hour PAYE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to support a busy engineering and project delivery team with a wide range of office administration and coordination duties. This role is ideal for a highly organised administrator who can work proactively, integrate quickly into a fast-paced environment, and provide reliable day-to-day support across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking accurate meeting minutes and distributing action notes
  • Arranging meetings, workshops and site visits
  • Welcoming visitors, clients and contractors to site
  • Supporting onboarding activities and carrying out site inductions
  • Maintaining organised filing systems and project records
  • Managing QA documentation, registrations and record keeping
  • Liaising with IT support and coordinating printer maintenance
  • Arranging calibration, certification and PAT testing for office equipment
  • Ordering PPE, office supplies and other essential items
  • Preparing recurring reports and administrative documentation
