Communications Business Partner

We're looking for an experienced Communications Business Partner to support Environment & Communities and Housing.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled communications professional with a strong background in media relations, campaign management and stakeholder engagement.
You'll help deliver high-impact communications that showcase services, projects and the transformation of the borough.
### Key Responsibilities
Lead key communication campaigns.
Develop proactive media relations to showcase services and projects.
Handle media enquiries and manage media issues.
Plan, deliver and evaluate communication and marketing campaigns.
Organise and run press launches, promotional events and media opportunities.
Create engaging content across a range of communication channels.
Work closely with senior leaders, elected members and service teams.
Support the wider communications team to achieve its goals. ### About You
Proven experience in communications, PR or media relations.
Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills.
Experience planning, delivering and evaluating successful communication campaigns.
Confident managing media issues and building stakeholder relationships.
Ideally hold a Marketing or CIPR qualification.
Creative, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
Local government or public sector experience is desirable.
