We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to join a Digital team supporting ongoing Housing transformation projects within a Local Government environment. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across key Housing ICT systems, with a strong focus on MRI Housing (Orchard Enterprise & Assets) and Total Mobile (Connect & Mobilise) platforms. Significant experience in systems implementation, technical configuration, and process analysis is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical configuration and implementation of Housing ICT systems
- Translate business requirements into effective system solutions
- Support digital transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, vendors, and technical teams
- Provide expertise across MRI Housing, Total Mobile, and Civica Keystone systems
- Support system integrations, migrations, and optimisation activities
- Share specialist knowledge and support team capability development
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with MRI Housing and Total Mobile systems
- Strong systems implementation and process analysis background
- Experience leading technical delivery within complex ICT environments
- Ability to support both SaaS and on-premise platforms
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Desirable
- Local Government Housing sector experience
- Knowledge of Civica Keystone
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Progress OpenEdge databases
- Systems integration and migration experience
