We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to support a busy operational team within a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, previous administration experience, and confidence working across multiple systems and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to operational teams
  • Maintaining and updating records across internal systems and databases
  • Producing reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Raising purchase orders and assisting with invoice processing
  • Supporting reception and general office duties where required
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams, clients, and suppliers
  • Ensuring office systems and records are maintained accurately and efficiently

About You:

  • Previous experience within an administration or business support role
  • Strong IT skills including MS Word and Excel
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
