Hours: Full Time (37 hours) – flexible working required, including evenings (up to 8pm) and some Saturdays.
We're looking for a compassionate and reliable Family Time Worker to support children and families by supervising Family Time sessions, promoting positive relationships, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Family Time sessions between children and their families.
- Record accurate observations and complete reports.
- Support parents with positive parenting advice and guidance.
- Assist Social Workers with parenting assessments.
- Transport children to and from Family Time sessions when required.
- Attend meetings and contribute to care planning and reviews.
- Maintain accurate records and report safeguarding concerns promptly.
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health & Social Care (or similar), or relevant experience working with children and families.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Good understanding of safeguarding.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle (essential).
