We’re working with a highly regarded national law firm to recruit a skilled Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their growing Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning team in Sheffield. This team is known for its depth of expertise in protecting client wealth and managing complex estates, often involving high-net-worth individuals and cross-border matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team that values technical excellence, care, and forward-thinking legal solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting clients through a full range of estate planning services, including:
- Advising on, drafting, and executing wills
- Creating and administering trusts (for family, property, or investment purposes)
- Advising on asset structuring, tax efficiency, and long-term wealth management
- Succession planning for family businesses and high-value estates
- Supporting colleagues and collaborating across complex, high-value matters
About You
- You’re a client-focused and technically confident estate planning lawyer with:
- 2+ years PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive in private client or estate planning work
- Experience advising HNW individuals (estates of £1m+ desirable)
- Strong exposure to wills, LPAs, trusts, and inheritance tax planning
- Ideally, a STEP qualification or ambition to obtain it
- A commercial mindset, with a track record or appetite for building client and referrer relationships
- A collaborative, compassionate approach to legal services
